Dannika is a Master’s level trained therapist (MSW, RSW) who has worked in a variety of mental health settings for over 15 years.

She enjoys working with youth, millennials, couples and parents in her work. She especially likes supporting these populations who are struggling with anxiety, ADHD, stress/burnout, depression, communication challenges, parenting concerns and family of origin concerns.

Dannika utilizes an eclectic range of modalities in her work to ensure she is able to support you. This may include CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, Narrative Therapy, CPT, Gottman Method, Somatic and Mindfulness Approaches.

Bhupinder Heer, MSW, RSW

Bhupinder is a Master’s level trained therapist (MSW, RSW) who has worked in a variety of settings for over 20 years.

Bhupinder enjoys working with diverse clients especially parents, children & youth. She provides a warm and non-judgemental space for clients to open up and work through a variety of challenges. This includes family conflict, peer conflict, low confidence, loss and grief, anxiety, depression, self-injury and suicidal ideation.

Bhupinder works from an anti-oppressive, culturally sensitive framework and offers services in English, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.

She integrates Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural-Therapy, Trauma-Focussed Cognitive Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Solution-Focus and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.
